  1. Effective communication

Goal of the module: Encouraging positive attitudes and strong relationships among the organization employees and between employees and beneficiaries; facilitating an effective performance of the organization and preventing/managing conflict situations.

Substance of the module:

  • Gist and types of communication;
  • Effective communication methods;
  • Methods of prevention of conflict situations.

Duration of the module: full course – 2 working days. If necessary, the duration of may be changed.

After completing the module, the trainees will be able to:

  • Formation of an effective communication system within the organization;
  • Preventing/managing conflict situations;
  • Improved performance quality.
  1. Stress management

Goal of the module: Encouraging emotional release and stability among the employees.

Substance of the module:

  • Stress identification and methods to copy with it;
  • Various support methods in times of stress;
  • Effective management of time.

Duration of the module: full course – 2 working days. If necessary, the duration of may be changed.

After completing the module, the trainees will be able to:

  • Managing one’s own emotions;
  • Support to the employees/beneficiaries under stress;
  • Effective distribution and management of one’s own time and that of the colleagues’
  • Increasing the employee motivation.
  1. Two types of crisis (traumatic and development) and challenges associated with them

Goal of the module: providing the concerned persons and employees of concerned organizations with information on age specifics of human development to help them identify problems, establish their origin and subsequently cope with them.

Introduce the trainees to “debriefing” as one of the methods of working with groups.

Substance of the module:

  • Development crisis;
  • Trauma crisis;
  • Traumatic reactions;
  • Traumatic stress symptom groups;
  • Aggression and its causes (Gordon’s Iceberg);
  • Maslow’s pyramid;
  • “Debriefing” as one of the methods of working with groups;
  • Debriefing rules.

Duration of the module: full course – 1 working day.

After completing the module, the trainees will be able to:

  • Problem identification;
  • Establishment of the origin (development; trauma) of crisis;
  • Working with groups, mastering “debriefing” as one of the methods of intervention.
